All About Blue

All About Blue - 1994 opens on a wide blue field with softer grey marks drifting across it. Helen Frankenthaler worked with poured and stained paint, and this print carries that same open surface.

The fine art print comes ready to hang. The white frame gives the sheet a clean edge so the blue does not run off the sides. The paper stays matte, which keeps the blue flat and the grey marks soft under a ceiling light.

Hang it on a bedroom wall near the bed. From the doorway the blue shape fills the space, and close up the grey spots look like small clouds.

Frequently asked

Yes — this Fine Art piece comes framed and arrives ready to hang. It is printed with our 12-color fine art technology on smooth matte paper (200 gsm), protected by shatterproof plexiglass, and set in a durable pine wood frame. A hanging kit is included, so you can put it straight on the wall.

Our 12-color fine art printing technology delivers vivid, accurate colors with real depth, far beyond standard 4-color inkjet printing. The print is on smooth matte paper (200 gsm, 0.26 mm thick) that gives a clean, glare-free display, and it sits behind shatterproof plexiglass in a durable pine wood frame (20 mm thick, 10 to 14 mm wide). The paper and wood are FSC-certified. Every piece is printed and shipped on demand, so there is no minimum order and every order is fresh.
