Elbrus. Moonlit Night by Arkhyp Kuindzhi — Fine Art

The mountain slope fills the lower half of Elbrus. Moonlit Night, with a pale snow field rising toward a dark sky. White and blue tones sit over a quiet ridge. The view turns toward the summit from a low angle. A fine art sheet shows this late nineteenth century landscape study.

A metal hanger is fitted to the back, so the sheet goes straight onto a nail or screw on the wall. No separate frame is needed. The metal holds the sheet flat against the wall.

It works on a kitchen wall near a window, where morning light falls across the snow tones. From the table you see the broad ridge, and the small painted marks along the slope.
