Levitation — Fine Art

Levitation - 1969 by Adolph Gottlieb shows a few broad shapes set against an open ground. The shapes sit apart from each other, leaving wide space between them. This kind of spaced out composition appears in the painter abstract work from the mid to late twentieth century.
