Solar Imp — Fine Art

Solar Imp - 2001 uses a wet wash that runs across the sheet and leaves a soft stained field. The brush goes fast and lets the pigment sink into the ground. You see the pull of the stroke and the way the colour spreads without a hard line.

This is a fine art print set in a frame with a back panel. The matte surface keeps the wash flat and the stain look stays quiet under indoor light. It arrives assembled when you choose the ready to hang option.

It sits on the dining room wall near the table. From the chair you notice the broad colour field and the thin run at the lower edge. The stain sits evenly across the sheet.
