Untitled Cadmium Yellow Light — Fine Art

Untitled Cadmium Yellow Light - 1990 by Donald Judd uses the artist known approach of flat painted planes set out in a hard edge geometry layout.

The work leans on the same minimalist art thinking seen in the wider late modern practice of his serial objects. You get a fine art print set in a frame with a back panel.

The matte surface keeps the cadmium yellow tone even and stops harsh shine under a lamp. It fits over a kitchen sink where the bright planes lift the wall above the sink and catch the morning light near the window.
