Phenomena Tarot Over

Broad fluid bands of colour run across the picture in Phenomena Tarot Over - 1970. The paint moves in soft layers with pale and bright tones set against a washed ground.

This fine art print is ready to hang on arrival. Paul Jenkins worked with poured colour to let the paint settle on its own. The print arrives ready to hang with a metal hanger on the back that goes straight onto a nail.

The surface is matte so the light tones stay clear and the paper holds the wash without shine. It works on a bedroom wall near a soft lamp where the pale bands catch the room light and the move of the colour stays calm.
