Colors on Blue — Fine Art

Colors on Blue - Post-Painterly Abstraction shows a blue field with patches of other colours laid over it. The eye starts on the brighter marks near the top and settles where the weight of the paint sits. Much of the sheet stays open around the edges.

This fine art print arrives ready to hang, with a metal hanger fitted to the back that goes straight onto a nail or screw. No separate frame to buy. The matte paper keeps the painted marks flat, so the blue does not shine under a lamp.

It fits above a kitchen counter, seen from the doorway. From there the broad blue band reads first, then the scattered colour patches as you pass by. The marks stay quiet against the white tiles.
