Theodoros Stamos
Theodoros Stamos was a Greek-American Abstract Expressionist painter and one of the youngest members of the New York School, celebrated for his luminous, organic canvases of floating biomorphic forms inspired by the sea, ancient stones, and the natural world. His serene, poetic abstractions carry a quieter note than many of his peers.
