After the thunderstorm by Arkhyp Kuindzhi — Fine Art

After the thunderstorm shows a wide landscape under open sky with a bright band of light cutting through dark clouds.

The scene reads plainly from across the room and the small brush strokes gather near the centre. Arkhyp Kuindzhi painted real air and shifting weather, and the picture stays calm on the eye.

A fine art print set in a frame with a back panel gives the surface a matte feel and the light greys keep their soft tone without shine. You see the same quiet sky on a landing wall, and the open view settles the space around it.
