Bâteau

Bateau Lyrical Abstraction by Nicolas de Stael sets dark painted shapes over a light ground. The colours pull apart across the sheet. A boat form runs through the middle, mixed with thin strokes.

This fine art print has a metal hanger on the back. You fit it straight onto a nail or screw and the picture stays level without extra frame work.

The piece looks plain on a dining room wall. From the table you notice the boat shape and the blue against the pale tone. The marks stay clear at a short distance.

Frequently asked

Yes — this Fine Art piece comes framed and arrives ready to hang. It is printed with our 12-color fine art technology on smooth matte paper (200 gsm), protected by shatterproof plexiglass, and set in a durable pine wood frame. A hanging kit is included, so you can put it straight on the wall.

Our 12-color fine art printing technology delivers vivid, accurate colors with real depth, far beyond standard 4-color inkjet printing. The print is on smooth matte paper (200 gsm, 0.26 mm thick) that gives a clean, glare-free display, and it sits behind shatterproof plexiglass in a durable pine wood frame (20 mm thick, 10 to 14 mm wide). The paper and wood are FSC-certified. Every piece is printed and shipped on demand, so there is no minimum order and every order is fresh.
