Black Evergreen Forest

Black Evergreen Forest shows dense tree shapes standing together in a dark mass. The picture repeats the same trunk and branch forms many times across the sheet.

Eyvind Earle worked in this style with clear outline drawing and flat colour shapes. A fine art print set in a frame with a back panel holds that plain dark field without glare.

The frame keeps the picture square on the wall while the back panel covers the edges. You notice the steady repeat of the tree marks first, then the even tone of the ground from a few steps back.

Information

Frequently asked

Yes — this Fine Art piece comes framed and arrives ready to hang. It is printed with our 12-color fine art technology on smooth matte paper (200 gsm), protected by shatterproof plexiglass, and set in a durable pine wood frame. A hanging kit is included, so you can put it straight on the wall.

Our 12-color fine art printing technology delivers vivid, accurate colors with real depth, far beyond standard 4-color inkjet printing. The print is on smooth matte paper (200 gsm, 0.26 mm thick) that gives a clean, glare-free display, and it sits behind shatterproof plexiglass in a durable pine wood frame (20 mm thick, 10 to 14 mm wide). The paper and wood are FSC-certified. Every piece is printed and shipped on demand, so there is no minimum order and every order is fresh.
