Bouquet of Mixed Flowers 1917

A Bouquet of Mixed Flowers 1917 shows a loose group of blooms in a container against a plain ground. Henri Matisse paints the flowers with quick marks and an uneven edge. The colours are warm and the shapes are simple.

This fine art print is ready to hang on arrival. The paper is matte, so the paint colours stay soft and there is no shine under a lamp. A light frame on a dark wall keeps the picture quiet and lets the flowers sit forward.

It works on a bedroom wall near a window. Daylight comes in from the side and you see the flower shapes before the small marks. You stand a short step back and the colours blend.

Our 12-color fine art printing technology delivers vivid, accurate colors with real depth, far beyond standard 4-color inkjet printing. The paper and wood are FSC-certified. Every piece is printed and shipped on demand, so there is no minimum order and every order is fresh.
