Bretagne — Fine Art

Bretagne - 1960 takes its name from a coastal region and from the year the work was made. Charlotte Posenenske often used clean lines and plain colours in her reliefs and drawings. This image follows that practice with a simple layout and spare shapes.

The picture is offered as a fine art print with a white, wood, dark wood or black frame. Each frame gives the picture a clear edge on the wall. The white frame keeps the pale ground open and lets the lines stand on their own.

Hang it in a bedroom above the bed frame. From the doorway you see the lines across the wall, and near the bed the small marks feel quiet and measured.
