Carnations and Baby S Breath in a Green Pitcher — Fine Art

Carnations and Baby S Breath in a Green Pitcher shows a poured glass vessel holding a tangle of pink and white blossoms with a pale trailing ground of stems. Odilon Redon works here with soft charcoal and watercolour, building colour by thin layers rather than hard outlines.

This fine art print is ready to hang on arrival. The print arrives ready to hang, with a metal hanger fitted to the back that goes straight onto a nail or screw. You do not need a separate frame.

In a narrow kitchen, the pitcher sits over the sink and you notice the small shell marks on the petals before you notice the whole bunch. The green base steadies the pink against the copper tap beside it.
