Blocks of blue, yellow and grey fill the sheet in Composition bleue, jaune et grise - 1958. The shapes sit near each other and do not overlap. A warm yellow field sits beside a cool blue mass, with a thin grey band between them.

The fine art print goes straight onto a nail. The print arrives ready to hang, with a metal hanger fixed to the back. You put it straight onto a nail or screw. No separate frame is needed. The matte surface keeps the grey tones soft under indoor light.

On a staircase wall, you notice the yellow shape first from the landing. A step nearer, the grey line becomes clear against the blue. The view changes with each step.
