Con Roso 1918

Con Roso 1918 by Rudolf Bauer places a soft red rose shape on a plain ground. The brushwork lifts colour from the paper without heavy pressure. The mark looks quick and direct, with a little uneven edge where the paint meets the empty field. A quiet abstract picture with a single rose form.

The fine art print comes ready to hang. The piece arrives ready to hang, with a metal hanger fitted to the back that goes straight onto a nail or screw. No separate frame to buy. The matte paper keeps the red tone steady under a lamp and the surface does not shine.

It works on a wall in a dining room above a sideboard. From the table you see the rose shape clearly, and when you walk past you notice the small uneven edge of the paint.
