Confetti Heart 1985 by Jim Dine

Confetti Heart 1985 by Jim Dine uses bold colour to mark a heart shape on the sheet. The figure sits plainly in the centre and the paint sits on the surface. A collaged layer of small bits sits across the picture.

This fine art print is ready to hang, with a metal hanger fitted to the back that goes straight onto a nail or screw. No separate frame to buy. The flat ground carries the coloured heart and the collage bits without a shine under a lamp.

It fits above a kitchen sink where you see the heart first and the small bits next. From the doorway the coloured shape reads clearly, and the collaged marks stay readable from a step back.
