Dew and Dusk — Fine Art

Dew and Dusk by Hans Hofmann uses a pushed colour field built from fast brushwork. Thick paint layers push across the surface, with overlapping strokes that show speed and pressure. The marks move in different directions across the picture.

You get the fine art print with a hanger already on the back. The frame comes in white, wood, dark wood or black. A white frame keeps the edge clean against the busy colour blocks. A dark wood frame gives the picture a solid stop on the wall.

Hang it in a study above a desk. From the chair you notice the hand pressure in the strokes. The top edges read clearly when you sit down to work.
