Fisherman`s House in Petit-Ailly

Fisherman`s House in Petit-Ailly shows a house set against a stretch of coast and sky. Broad strokes of blue, green and white build the water and the air around the building. The picture reads as a calm coastal scene with loose paint marks.

The work is a fine art print set in a frame with a back panel. With the ready to hang option it arrives assembled. The matte surface keeps the sea tones flat and even when the light is strong.

In a narrow hall with a small picture light you see the house shape first and the broken strokes around it. From the door the whole scene reads as one quiet place.
