Flowers and Fruit — Fine Art

Flowers and Fruit puts soft painted shapes on a light ground. The picture groups petals, leaves and fruit in loose patches of colour. A darker band sits near the bottom. Brushwork stays visible across the whole scene. Claude Monet painted this subject from the garden and the table.

The fine art print uses a matte paper that keeps paint like marks from looking glossy. A light frame works on a dark wall. A dark frame sits well on a pale wall. A wood frame goes beside wooden furniture. The surface holds its tone under a lamp.

It fits a kitchen wall where the morning light comes in low from the side. From the table you see the fruit shapes clearly. The eye catches the petal patches first. The frame follows the room finish.
