About this work

Fluorescent Sea

Fluorescent Sea by MC Escher shows cool greens and blues moving in soft bands across the sheet. The marks run with a steady hand, each wave reaching farther than the one before. The drawing stays calm and measured, with no hard edge breaking the flow.

This is a fine art print set in a frame with a back panel. The flat surface keeps the greens even and the lines stay clear when you lean in to look at the marks.

In a hallway with one small lamp, the blue bands catch the light and the darker lines hold their place. You see the whole sweep from the door, then the slow pressure of each wave when you stand near.

Frequently asked

Yes — this Fine Art piece comes framed and arrives ready to hang. It is printed with our 12-color fine art technology on smooth matte paper (200 gsm), protected by shatterproof plexiglass, and set in a durable pine wood frame. A hanging kit is included, so you can put it straight on the wall.
Our 12-color fine art printing technology delivers vivid, accurate colors with real depth, far beyond standard 4-color inkjet printing. The print is on smooth matte paper (200 gsm, 0.26 mm thick) that gives a clean, glare-free display, and it sits behind shatterproof plexiglass in a durable pine wood frame (20 mm thick, 10 to 14 mm wide). The paper and wood are FSC-certified. Every piece is printed and shipped on demand, so there is no minimum order and every order is fresh.
