Forest Red-green

Forest Red-green - 1914 shows a wooded scene built from strong reds and greens painted in broad strokes. Natalia Goncharova used a bold palette and clear shapes that sit close together. The picture feels direct and busy.

This fine art print arrives ready to hang with a metal hanger fitted to the back. It goes straight onto a nail or screw. No separate frame is needed for the print.

In a dining room on a pale wall, the red and green shapes stay readable from across the table. Near the plate, the brushy areas break up into smaller sections.
