Fruit with Bowl 1926 — Fine Art

Fruit with Bowl 1926 shows fruit in a bowl arranged in clear blocks of colour. The picture uses the clean lines and flat areas that Juan Gris used in his still lifes. The fruit and bowl sit on a simple ground so the shapes read easily.

This fine art print arrives ready to hang with a metal hanger on the back. You place it straight onto a nail or screw without a separate frame. The print keeps the flat painted planes and clean edges intact on the wall.

It sits on the kitchen wall above the counter where you set out fruit each morning. From the table you see the bowl first, then the clean colour blocks on the wall.
