G-7 — Fine Art

G-7 - 1987 sets a dark band across a lighter ground. The shape leans to one side and leaves a wide open area on the right. Emil Schumacher built the picture with firm brush strokes and a patch near the lower edge.

The fine art print arrives ready to hang, with a metal hanger fitted to the back that goes straight onto a nail or screw, so the band lines up cleanly without a separate frame. The matte paper keeps the darker tones from turning shiny under a lamp.

On a bedroom wall above the bed, the dark band reads from the foot of the bed and the open space stays quiet. From the doorway you see the broad shape first, then the small paint patch near the bottom.
