Ginger Jar — Fine Art

A ginger jar rests in the centre of the sheet. Paul Cezanne builds the round form with short separate strokes. The paint leans toward warm brown and grey. The jar sits on a plain ground, and the marks pull the eye around its edge.

The fine art frame comes in white, wood, dark wood or black. A black frame sets a firm line against the brown tones of the jar and keeps the picture from fading into the wall.

It fits a dining room wall above a sideboard. From the doorway the jar reads as a solid round shape. Up close the small strokes show the paint worked by hand.
