Golden Splendor — Fine Art

Golden Splendor by Hans Hofmann puts a bright field near a darker shape. The colours sit against each other on the sheet. Hans Hofmann worked in the abstract expressionist movement, where broad colour areas meet quick marks.

The fine art print comes ready to hang. The frame is in white, dark wood or black. A white frame edge sits clear against the bright tones. A black frame edge gives the heavy shape a solid line. Pick the finish that matches the room.

It fits well on a dining room wall above the sideboard. From the table you see the bright colour block first. When you stand near the doorway the marks come into view.
