Grove Group 2

Grove Group 2 - 1972 sets a wide band of dark tone against a softer ground. Thin drawn lines run along the lower edge and sit just above the main shape. The marks stay spaced apart and the composition does not fill the whole picture.

This fine art print arrives ready to hang, with a metal hanger fixed to the back so it goes straight onto a nail or screw. No separate frame is needed. The paper takes the drawn lines without adding a shine.

It sits on the wall beside the desk in a study. From the doorway the dark band reads first, and up close the pencil marks along the edge give the work its smaller detail.
