Hitler Gang 1944 — Fine Art

Hitler Gang 1944 shows a scattered group of figures drawn in rough charcoal lines. The marks sit on a plain off white ground and look cut out and stuck down.

You get the fine art print with a hanger already on the back. Kurt Schwitters worked in collage and assemblage, building pictures from found fragments and torn paper. A white frame gives this image a clean edge on the wall.

The white wood border keeps the rough marks easy to read. In a narrow bedroom corridor the dark figures stand out against the pale surface.
