Illusory Flowage

Illusory Flowage - 1996 opens with a band of water crossing the picture. The paint sits in thin layers, with the brush moving fast over some parts and slow over others.

You can see where the stroke changes direction and where it thins out. The fine art print is set in a frame with a back panel, so the printed paper sits flat and the edges stay even.

Set it on a bedroom wall in a corner where the light comes from one side. From that spot the layered paint reads as a stretch of water with a soft ripple.

As a guide: 40×50 cm suits a desk or small wall, 50×70 cm sits well above a sofa or bed, and 70×100 cm anchors a room as a focal piece. If you'd like advice for your space, send us your dimensions and we'll recommend a size.

For your country, this piece is estimated at 5 to 8 business days from the moment you order, including production, with free tracked delivery. Every piece is made to order by the print partner closest to you; framed pieces take a little longer because each one is framed and checked before dispatch. These are estimates, and there is no express option. Full country-by-country ranges are on our estimated delivery times page, and you can see exactly how your piece is packed.

If your piece arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number, and keep all packaging. We will send a free replacement at no cost to you. See our refund policy for the full process.
