In the Studio

In the Studio shows a painter at work inside a room with tools and a canvas stood on the floor. The picture follows Jasper Johns habit of painting ordinary studio things with steady brush strokes and quiet colour choices.

The image comes as a fine art print set in a frame with a back panel. You can order it ready to hang, so the print and frame arrive assembled and you only need to put it on the wall.

It fits well on the wall beside a desk in a study. From the chair you see the outlined shapes of the easel and the paint tubes, and the paper holds the soft grey tones without glare.

Information

Frequently asked

Yes — this Fine Art piece comes framed and arrives ready to hang. It is printed with our 12-color fine art technology on smooth matte paper (200 gsm), protected by shatterproof plexiglass, and set in a durable pine wood frame. A hanging kit is included, so you can put it straight on the wall.

Our 12-color fine art printing technology delivers vivid, accurate colors with real depth, far beyond standard 4-color inkjet printing. The print is on smooth matte paper (200 gsm, 0.26 mm thick) that gives a clean, glare-free display, and it sits behind shatterproof plexiglass in a durable pine wood frame (20 mm thick, 10 to 14 mm wide). The paper and wood are FSC-certified. Every piece is printed and shipped on demand, so there is no minimum order and every order is fresh.
