Interior - 1957 by Helen Frankenthaler uses thin paint laid over a soft ground.

You get the fine art print with a hanger already on the back. The shapes sit close together with small gaps between them. Helen Frankenthaler worked with poured colour in this part of her practice.

The white frame gives the sheet a clear edge, so the painted forms read against the frame edge without a heavy border. You see it in a dining room on the wall beside the serving shelf, where the light from the pendant lamp falls across the painted shapes at dusk.
