Jas de Bouffan — Fine Art

Jas de Bouffan opens with a wide patch of sky and a low ground that holds the weight of the picture. Trees and buildings sit along the far edge in a calm arrangement. The eye moves slowly from the open centre toward the darker side. Empty space keeps the scene from feeling crowded.

This fine art print sits inside a frame with a back panel and arrives ready to hang. The matte surface keeps the soft greens and earth tones from shining under a lamp. The flat backing holds the print steady on the wall.

Hang it in a kitchen where morning sun falls on the far wall. From the table you see the broad sky first, and the small tree shapes come into view later. The paint breaks into short separate strokes that stay visible across the room.
