Leonid Afremov by Leonid Afremov — Fine Art

Leonid Afremov uses thick paint laid in loose strokes with a palette knife. The scene is a street at night lit by shop windows. The title of the work is Leonid Afremov, and the paint sits in quick ridges on the sheet.

The fine art print comes ready to hang. The frame comes in a white finish, and that clean edge holds the busy paint back from the wall. You notice the knife marks most where the frame stops the eye.

In a narrow hallway, the white frame keeps the bright windows clear against a darker corner. From the stairs you see the paint ridges first, then the street lights behind them.
