Lot and Square — Fine Art

Lot and Square shows stacked colour shapes set against a plain field. Sam Gilliam worked with broad painted fields and draped canvases in his career. This print keeps that same wide approach, with shapes placed side by side rather than drawn tight.

You get the fine art print with a hanger already on the back. The print arrives ready to hang, with a metal hanger fitted to the back that goes straight onto a nail or screw. No separate frame is needed. The paper is matte, so the flat colour areas stay even and there is no shine under a lamp.

It fits a bedroom wall above a low bed, where you notice the stacked shapes first and the plain ground second. From the doorway the wide colour sections read clearly, and the quiet layout does not fight the room.
