Mettere I Verbi All Infinito Millenovecento Ottantotto 1988 — Fine Art

The title Mettere I Verbi All Infinito Millenovecento Ottantotto 1988 points to a list of verbs in the infinitive. Alighiero Boetti often worked with text, grids and embroidery, so the image may hold rows of words or a measured layout of letters. The marks sit in a clear order.

A fine art print keeps the text legible and the tones even. The frame comes in white, wood, dark wood or black. Each finish gives the picture a clear edge on the wall. The edge separates the text from the room and holds the rows in place.

It suits a study wall above a desk. From the chair you read the verbs one by one, and the frame edge stays steady against the bookshelf. The letters sit flat and the order stays clear.
