Midnight Blue — Fine Art

Midnight Blue by Eyvind Earle sets a deep blue field with sharp dark marks and a few pale lines. The artist worked with bold colour blocks and clear outlines in his illustrations. The shapes sit flat against the ground with no soft blends.

The fine art print comes ready to hang. The white frame gives the picture a clean edge on the wall and keeps the blue from feeling closed in. A dark wood frame would sit heavier beside these cold tones. The frame finish you pick changes how the blue reads from across the space.

It fits a hallway wall above a bench where the blue catches the morning light. From the stair landing you notice the dark marks first, then the pale lines as you pass by.
