About this work

Night Watch

Night Watch by Cy Twombly shows a pale ground with loose lines and small marks gathered near the lower edge. The lines move in a soft grey against the light field. The marks feel handwritten and rest in one part of the sheet.

The fine art print comes ready to hang. The print arrives ready to hang, with a metal hanger fixed to the back that goes straight onto a nail or screw. No separate frame is needed. The matte paper keeps the grey tones soft and removes shine under a lamp.

It suits a reading corner in a bedroom, where the pencil lines sit low on the wall and stay clear from the doorway. The light grey marks hold still against the pale ground.

Yes — this Fine Art piece comes framed and arrives ready to hang. It is printed with our 12-color fine art technology on smooth matte paper (200 gsm), protected by shatterproof plexiglass, and set in a durable pine wood frame. A hanging kit is included, so you can put it straight on the wall.
Our 12-color fine art printing technology delivers vivid, accurate colors with real depth, far beyond standard 4-color inkjet printing. The print is on smooth matte paper (200 gsm, 0.26 mm thick) that gives a clean, glare-free display, and it sits behind shatterproof plexiglass in a durable pine wood frame (20 mm thick, 10 to 14 mm wide). The paper and wood are FSC-certified. Every piece is printed and shipped on demand, so there is no minimum order and every order is fresh.
