Now a Turning Orb

Now a Turning Orb - Abstract Expressionism shows a round shape built from many small marks and colour patches that move across the surface. The work by Richard Pousette-Dart treats the orb as a shifting form rather than a still object.

This fine art print is ready to hang on arrival. A white frame gives this image a clean edge on the wall. The light frame sits against the moving colours without pulling attention away from the orb. You see the small marks more clearly when the outline stays simple.

It fits a narrow study wall where the light comes from a desk lamp on one side. From there the round shape feels steady, and the small marks give the picture a quiet rhythm. The frame keeps the image separate from the rest of the room.
