Ocean Love — Fine Art

Ocean Love - 1981 shows a wide field of blue with a warm band crossing through the middle. The marks seem to move slowly across the sheet, carrying the title into the paint. Ronnie Landfield built this kind of colour field painting with broad areas and a few painted lines.

The fine art print comes ready to hang. The frame finishes include white, wood, dark wood and black, and each one gives the image a clear edge on the wall. You can choose the finish that matches the room, and the edge keeps the soft blue from fading into the wall.

It works on a stairwell wall where the light comes from above. From the bottom step you see the blue field, and the painted band holds the eye as you walk up.
