On the Brittany Coast — Fine Art

On the Brittany Coast turns the sea and shore into quick painted strokes of blue and grey. The sky sits above the water in a thin band, and the land runs along the bottom edge.

This is a fine art print set in a frame with a back panel. The paper stays matte, so the blue and grey tones do not shine under a lamp and the painted surface reads the way the original strokes do. The back panel keeps the print flat and steady against the frame.

In a hallway with a narrow wall and morning light from a side window, On the Brittany Coast reads as a cool stretch of water and sky. You notice the separate strokes on the shore line first, then the thin blue band above it.
