Palms by John Singer Sargent — Fine Art

Palms by John Singer Sargent turns on the mark of the brush. Quick strokes of paint hold the fronds together against a plain background. The shapes lean left and the leaves catch a little light.

You get the fine art print with a hanger already on the back. The frame in white gives the image a sharp edge. That light border keeps the darker greens from fading into the wall. The wood finish sits flat against the picture.

It fits on a dining room wall near the serving hatch. From the table you see the fronds first and the paint texture last.
