Pastorale — Fine Art

Pastorale - 1954 shows a soft field of colour with broad strokes that move across the sheet. The paint spreads in uneven patches, and the marks sit on top of a plain ground. This fine art print follows that practice.

The frame finish can follow the room. A light frame on a dark wall, a dark frame on a pale wall, or a wood frame beside wooden furniture. Light catches the matte surface without a shine.

It fits above the kitchen table. From the doorway you see the broad colour patches, and from the chair you notice the way the paint spreads in soft layers.
