Peinture Madi - 1946 opens on a sheet where painted shapes sit across the surface. The forms shift and leave open gaps between them. Carmelo Arden Quin built his practice around clear geometry and flat colour.

This fine art print comes in a frame with a back panel. The matte surface holds the painted planes without shine, so the flat colour reads the same at every distance.

On a dining room wall, the arranged shapes stay clear from the table. You notice the gaps and the flat colour as you pass through the room.
