Pine Branch — Fine Art

Pine Branch by Eyvind Earle shows a single branch with needles set against a plain background. The branch runs across the page in a clear line. Colours sit in flat areas with hard edges. The work reads like a mid century illustration with a calm mood.

The fine art print uses a matte surface, so the flat colour areas stay soft and the hard outlines stay clean. A frame finish can follow the room, with a light frame on a dark wall or a dark frame on a pale wall.

Pine Branch sits above a long desk where you look at it from a few steps back. The branch line reads across the room, and the small marks in the needles show up when you stand closer.
