Poppies, Isles of Shoals 03 — Fine Art

Poppies, Isles of Shoals 03 shows a field of red flowers with green stems against a wide open sky. The shapes move across the top of the image, and a broad empty area sits below them. Childe Hassam painted these poppies with quick loose strokes that keep the flowers alive with colour.

This fine art print is ready to hang on arrival. The print arrives ready to hang, with a metal hanger fitted to the back that goes straight onto a nail or screw. No separate frame to buy.

Above a desk in a study, you see the red flowers first, then the open space below them. The picture stays calm on the wall while you work at the desk and look up between pages.
