Porto I — Fine Art

Porto I by Tarsila do Amaral shows a harbour scene in broad painted shapes. Water and buildings sit close together in flat colour blocks, drawn in a modernist style from Brazil. The picture reads as a few quiet forms against a light ground.

This fine art print comes ready to hang, with a metal hanger fitted to the back that goes straight onto a nail or screw. No separate frame needs buying. The surface holds the painted shapes without glare under indoor light.

In a dining room, the broad harbour forms stay clear from the table. The metal hanger sets it level on the wall above the sideboard, and the flat colours keep their calm look at that distance.
