About this work
Quasar Dia - 1965 shows a set of angular shapes built from light and dark bands. The forms step across the sheet and seem to pull forward against a flat background. The work belongs to the optical colour practice of Victor Vasarely.
This fine art print arrives ready to hang. A metal hanger is fitted to the back and goes straight onto a nail or a screw. No separate frame is needed.
Place it in a study above a desk. From the doorway the stepped shapes read as one flat plane and the bands hold the distance.
