Reflets Printanieres — Fine Art

Reflets Printanieres shows a quiet field of shifting tones and soft marks laid out across the sheet. The title points to late season light on water, and the image keeps that feeling of colour moving in a low wind.

Marcel Barbeau built his work through gesture and layered paint, and the picture reads as a calm field built from repeated passes of colour. The fine art print arrives ready to hang, with a metal hanger fitted to the back that goes straight onto a nail or screw.

The backing board keeps the sheet flat against the wall, and the surface stays even when you stand near the picture. It works above the sink in a kitchen, where the late sun hits the glass and the softer tones hold without glare.
