Rooftops, Pont-Aven

Rooftops, Pont-Aven shows roof lines and walls near a French harbor town. Childe Hassam built the picture with quick painted strokes that catch the slope of the roofs.

The shapes sit close together, and the colours stay in the mid range. A fine art print set in a frame with a back panel keeps the painted marks flat on the wall.

It arrives assembled when the ready to hang option is used. You see the stroke edges first on a hallway wall, then the roof tones from the stairwell door.

As a guide: 40×50 cm suits a desk or small wall, 50×70 cm sits well above a sofa or bed, and 70×100 cm anchors a room as a focal piece. If you'd like advice for your space, send us your dimensions and we'll recommend a size.

For your country, this piece is estimated at 5 to 8 business days from the moment you order, including production, with free tracked delivery. Every piece is made to order by the print partner closest to you; framed pieces take a little longer because each one is framed and checked before dispatch.
