Rosier-feuilles

Rosier-feuilles by Marcel Barbeau shows plant shapes drawn in a loose way. The leaves and stems spread across the sheet with thin strokes. The drawing keeps a calm look, like a study of growth on a quiet page.

The fine art print sits on the wall at a comfortable height. A light frame keeps the drawn marks clear against the room around it. The matte surface holds the pencil tone without shine when the lamp is on.

It fits over a desk in a study. From the chair you see the leaf forms first, then the small drawn veins as you lean in.
